Used Book Sale: DEC 7
Share this with your book-loving friends
We will have a booth set up at the Chestatee Regional Hospital’s Winterfest, which will be part yard sale, part craft show, beginning at 8 am on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013 in the parking lot of the old BB&T building (across from the Holly) in Dahlonega, GA. Come browse our selection and pick up a few Christmas gifts (and maybe some for yourself!). We will have hundreds of books to choose from.
Due to the unceasing bad weather, we were forced to cancel the 4th of July Used Book Sale. We apologize to those who came out to see us despite the rain to find nothing but parking lots. But fear not! We will be rescheduling it and having it sometime this fall.

The Dahlonega Literary Festival is having a used book sale on July 4th from 10-5 on the Square. We need as many used books as we can get: paperback or hardbound, children’s books, cookbooks, fiction or non-fiction. If you live in or near Dahlonega and have any you would be willing to donate to help us keep all the festival events FREE, please contact Arienne Wallace at firstname.lastname@example.org. So, please go through your bookshelves and clean out your “I’m never going to read this again” stacks!
The Dahlonega Literary Festival is an annual celebration of books. The next festival will take place March 8-9, 2014. Situated in Historic Downtown Dahlonega, the festival continues to grow and become more and more entertaining as the years go on. We promise that it will delight anyone who is a lover of books and reading. All festival events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
Each year the festival presents a slate of invited authors representing a variety of genres sharing their ideas and experiences in various programs. In addition, a number of regional authors (ranging from local to other areas of the Southeast) have the opportunity to purchase a table to both interact with festival attendees and sell their books.
We are a festival of books, not just a festival with books
